That year I was offered a studio for free at a garment factory still operating there at the time. I used it until 1989 when I moved to Brussels for a couple of years, and again from 1993 until 2000. It had a great view overlooking the three towers of the center of Ghent.
I did some extra "cutting" with color stains which made the sculptures even more aggressive.
Later I stained the sculptures in one color completely.
